During the consultation the Registered Kinesiologist will gather information about your current lifestyle, current/past exercise routine, and current eating habits. This will be followed by your current/past health concerns, injuries, and lifestyle changes. From there the Registered Kinesiologist will have the information needed to start talking about your goals, and how Faiczak Food & Fitness can help create the plan to achieve those goals, and set up times that work for both parties to start sessions.
A Functional Movement Screen will be performed by the Registered Kinesiologist to determine how stable/mobile your joints are, and how well they cooperate through several basic movement patterns. A personalized plan will then be developed to service any weak links in your movements patterns that were exposed. Depending on what your goals are, one or several different body composition measurements may be used to help see change over time.
Unless you need to begin working through specific injury/rehabilitation framework, the Registered Kinesiologist will take you through a 12 step process to help you build a foundation of exercise that you can start to apply not just at the gym, but out and about in your everyday life! Mastering these 12 movement concepts will help you develop the mind-body connection needed to feel confident you are moving safely and effectively.
Once you are confident with your foundation movements, the Registered Kinesiologist will make adjustments to your personalized training program if any movements need further work. Otherwise, whether it be at home, at your favourite gym, or under the watchful eye of the Registered Kinesiologist, you will start working through your personalized training program to get you on the path to reaching your goals!

The chef will work with you to create a healthy and sustainable nutrition plan. This plan will teach you how to properly portion size, and balance fats, carbs, and protein to make sure you get your ideal macronutrient intake everyday!
Once your needs are understood, you may opt in to a meal service. Faiczak Food & Fitness will then provide properly portioned meals or snacks so you receive the nutrients you need, in the quantities you need them.
